We had them install our wood floors. We were not satisfied with the installation. The owner came to see what we were unhappy about. He said he would make it right. We'll, that was over 2 months ago and we haven't heard a word from him. So, we paid a lot of money for cheap installation. Not a happy customer at all.Been over 2 years now, and nothing has been done to fix our floors. We just have to live with this awful craftsmanship:(

Todd installed my wood floors over 20 years ago. I just had them sanded and refinished and they are gorgeous. They look brand new. His workmanship is first class. He made sure everything was just as I wanted it. I highly recommend this company.

terrible harmful place of business. it needs to be shut down. employees were very careless with my floors, i got a cockroach infestation after they left, and my floors were scuffed and scratched. wouldn’t let my worst enemy shop with this establishment.

I waited a month before writing this review because although working with Mr Todd and his team was a smooth and lovely experience, and the floors looked beautiful at completion of the job, one of the things I was most concerned about was durability so I wanted to have a fair assessment to share.Mr. Todd and his crew are incredible and their work speaks for itself! We hired them to fix our newly “refinished” heart of pine wood floors. Unfortunately, the first time it was refinished, we seemed to have ended up with a less than durable surface due to adhesion problems and a series of unfortunate events. They really came to our rescue.They stripped the floors and started from scratch and I cannot begin to say how lovely they turned out!! They filled numerous, very deep gaps in the floorboards where time and expansion had caused huge separations that I worried would make cleaning impossible. The extra time and effort they put in to filling those gaps with pine splits and a filler material created a floor that is not only practical for cleaning but truly beautiful! They were able to stain to floors to flow beautifully with newly installed engineered hardwoods of a different species.As for durability, these are pine floors so I knew dents and scratches would occur easily but I am happy to report that the stain and top coat have held up to our dog and our 2 boys!I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Todd and his crew to anyone looking! The communication was smooth and constant, the work is impecable, and their respect and attention to detail in our home was greatly appreciated!

The CA Hardwood group transformed a house with tired old floors into a wonder. This company did the same thing for our family home 20 years ago and the floors are Still beautiful. I learned of this company from a next-door-neighbor when I admired their floors and some unique inlay work where they’d moved a door.CA Floors is Not the cheapest provider in town, but their work is well worth the investment for lasting beauty.
