I am so thankful for this course! I am a single mother, and I recently finished my teaching credential program. I plan to work as a loan signing agent on the side, and this program provided everything I needed to get started—from becoming a notary and purchasing the necessary supplies to building a successful signing agent business. A very helpful training course on understanding how to present loan documents to clients. It kept my attention and provided me with extremely helpful insights on the various documents in the different signings I may encounter.So glad I took the course and passed the exam on my first attempt. There are so many attributes of this course that it would be impossible to name all here today! The study guides, the mock trainings, Mark's experience and passion for all to exceed is just astounding. Great course and community! You can tell that Mark has put his all into this course and even covers things I wouldn't think to be aware of or ask but that are extremely important to know. I also appreciate the balance of him not only teaching the technical skills of successfully completing loan signings but the business and marketing strategies he provides which are amazing and all the extra nuggets he throws in.
