I had been calling several companies to get quotes for a new septic system. They sent someone out to take a look at the property. The technician was capable and kind, but we didn’t do anything other than take a quick peek in the tank. I received a $500 invoice for inspection out of nowhere that was never discussed. It was never mentioned beforehand. The office manager claims we discussed it on the phone, but we did not. It is not mentioned in any text or email conversations before they came out. No other company I have had out to take a look and start quotes has done anything like this. I am surprised, hurt, and feel completely taken advantage of.Reply: please listen to the call. If I agree to a $500 inspection during it I’ll worry about early onset Alzheimer’s, apologize profusely, take this review down happily, and donate to the charity of your choice.

The service was great! I was able to speak to someone right away when I called and had an appointment for just a couple of days away. On the day of my service, they were in my area earlier than expected and contacted me to do the service early which worked out well for me. Steele was very nice and had the job completed quickly. I will definitely use them again.

We have been with Max Haas since 2019 when we bought our home. They have been so great and helpful. We just pumped last week and Robert is wonderful! He locked my gate when he was finished. We recommend this company.

My appointment was for a Friday between 3 and 4,but he came Thursday after 4:00 The cement lid wouldn't pull up with the only tool the man had. Luckily I had a 6x6 witch i had to cut in half and used a steel bar and come along. That I hooked up by myself to the lid,that worked. He pumped out the sewage except a very thick sluge at the bottom, said he pumped out a 1000gal and truck was full.in the process sewage was spilled in 3 different places between my yard and driveway also when he stopped the pump it was back feeding back into my tank told him to shut the valve on the truck. I worked my butt off.
