Employees care about serving schools well, and there is a real commitment to creating learning environments that benefit students and educators. Cons:Territory success can depend heavily on inherited market conditions and the level of organizational continuity. During my time there, leadership changes and territory challenges created uncertainty that made it difficult to build long-term momentum. New hires would benefit from a structured onboarding plan and clear transition support when organizational changes occur. Advice to Management:Maintain the company's strong product focus while continuing to invest in onboarding, leadership continuity, and clear communication during organizational change.

He will push you to your limits and also become your good friend, which is a great combination to work with.
