Jared breached a contract that he was paid a lot of money upfront for with him targeting a completion date of November 2025Sadly, as we sit the beginning of May 2026, he does not return phone calls, text messages nor emails and with not fulfilling the contract he prepared. I interpret this as stealing by deceit.
