I had a very disappointing experience with Uni Star Cleaning. I hired the company expecting a professional and thorough cleaning service; however, when the cleaners left, very little appeared to have been completed. The floors had not been washed, the bathrooms had not been cleaned, dust remained throughout the home, and none of the rooms had been properly vacuumed. These are basic services one would reasonably expect from a professional cleaning company, particularly when they were specifically included in the requested work. I was surprised by how little difference there was between the condition of the house before and after the cleaning. After paying for the service, I still had to clean the floors and bathrooms, dust, and vacuum the rooms myself. Overall, the cleaning appeared rushed, incomplete, and lacking in attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Uni Star Cleaning. Customers who pay for a professional cleaning service should reasonably expect their home to be clean and presentable upon completion.

Absolutely the worst!! paid over $700 for a deep clean and found misses everywhere! Sent just six pictures of areas that were missed could've sent about 20 more. Was told by the sickly sweet fake person who answers the phone that I would receive a phone call back about my issues. That never happened... Instead, I got an email accusing my family of being rude and disrespectful to their workers. the person who wrote the response didn't even have the guts to sign their name. It was just signed... Extremely unprofessional, lack customer service and severely lack attention to detail would not recommend them at all.

I had inquired about a recurring home Cleaning after having shoulder replacement surgery I had been quoted a price for an apartment that is less than 450 ft.². I decided that after a long hard thought that I could not afford the luxury of having a home cleaned I have no issue with the cleaner. She did a great job and I was shocked on the morning before my cleaning I was charged over $200 for canceling the cleaning on my apartment and the small apartment that my son in the basement again less than 450 ft.² when I called and discussed this with answered the phone once I got a little bit she told me I was threatening I have never threatened anyone in my than to tell her I was going to be to leave comments on as many sites as I could find she said this was all in some thing that she had me sign and over did, but I was also less than a week postop, but I knew I could not do my own my niece has said she will come and clean my apartment and my disabled son's apartment. I am an elderly nurse and I know what threatening sounds like. I might've had a stern tone of voice and told her that I would be sure to leave negative comments because I feel like they are stealing from me and when I called to tell them, I had to cancel because I couldn't afford it. They charged me more!!!

Pros:I got very strong cleaning, but you could get that from any cleaning role. It's no reason to pick this company Cons:Ownership and management are legal time bombs waiting to go off and they don't even realize it. They flagrantly ignore labor laws and expect you to comply with their demands because you're "family!" There is no diversity at this company and the owners only refer to cleaners as "ladies". There seems to be a very specific look the owners like Advice to Management:Hold yourselves accountable to the cleaners who break their backs so you can shove your new cars and handbags in their faces while they can't afford health insurance. You love to talk about how good the company is to it's employees, but you never follow through on promises and you interpret constructive feedback as treason. All three of you need therapy.

Good prices but not great quality. My first cleaning with this company was awful. Tons of things on their list were missed or done poorly. You get a discount if you do four services so I figured I'd do three more services. They sent other cleaners and the service was better but things were still not great. For example, my shower would turn pink within 24 hours of them cleaning whereas if I clean it, the soap scum wouldn't come back for 2 weeks. Just weird things that I wasn't expecting. I would ask questions or point things out but I just gave up. They do have strict rules in their contract but the cleaners are easy going.

I recently had UniStar come and do a moving-in cleaning, 350.00 and 100.00 to get 3 walls cleaned. The list of things that was sent from them that was supposed to be done was nowhere near what they did. I left a good tip for the cleaners they only sent one for this big job. I got home and just about everything was exactly the same as I left it, don't know if she left after receiving her tip or what. (don't recommend leaving your house if you hire them) I complained and they had me send pictures, which showed corners not cleaned under cabinets nothing was wiped down all the way streaks on my appliances and more. I could go on and on. They sent someone else out to clean only the things I sent pics of. Of course after going back and forth and by then had already cleaned my house. They sent another person to come and fix what the other cleaner didn't do. Instead of sending someone out to the job right. They didn't offer any money back including the large tip I left for the cleaner. The next cleaner was very nice, and I tipped her $10 for 15 minutes of cleaning. I am so disappointed with the service I received.

I really like how professional and punctual this company, they made an oopsy at the first service but was quick to resolve the problem right away no hassle at all. Ali our cleaner was very nice always on time and gets the job done I’m satisfied overall. Highly recommend
