Good prices but not great quality. My first cleaning with this company was awful. Tons of things on their list were missed or done poorly. You get a discount if you do four services so I figured I'd do three more services. They sent other cleaners and the service was better but things were still not great. For example, my shower would turn pink within 24 hours of them cleaning whereas if I clean it, the soap scum wouldn't come back for 2 weeks. Just weird things that I wasn't expecting. I would ask questions or point things out but I just gave up. They do have strict rules in their contract but the cleaners are easy going.

We have been using Uni-Star for a year-ish now and are so grateful we found them! Recently, our cleaner was Ali - she was very thorough, and when I showed up toward the end of her cleaning, was also very friendly and personable. I also really appreciate the woman who works the control center - Elizabeth - always prompt to answer calls, texts, questions, etc. When I needed to change my cleaning time, she quickly accommodated me and worked with me to provide the best window of time that worked for me and my family. Additionally, she’s always on top of updating notes so whenever we have someone new cleaning, they know the exact quirky things about our house (i.e. our stove turns on easily, there is a plug that always causes breaker issues, etc) and we don’t need to repeat the same things over and over again to every cleaner. I’m a busy mom and business owner, so their services have helped me be able to spend more time at home with my kids without the added stress of scrubbing down the showers. Thanks Uni-Star! :)

I would highly recommend Unistar cleaning service. They arehighly efficient and communicate very well. The pricing is very reasonable. I have used their service for three years and have never had a problem. Elana cleans my home and does a very consistent and thoroughly excellent job. If you you request her, you’ll be impressed.
