My mom recently retired, and we needed to transition over to Medicare and understand all that entailed. Alone?! I felt overwhelmed, so I was connected to Stephen Earp, and I’ve never felt more peace. The process no longer seemed daunting, his knowledge and patience explaining everything was outstanding. He didn’t let my hand go when all was “filled out,” he continued reaching out and making sure everything was falling into place, and checking in on if I was at all overwhelmed. He also didn’t let me fill anything out alone, he connected me to Brian in Cape Coral, who completed everything with me side by side, just relentless and meticulous. I am more than appreciative.
