From my first encounter with Jared I knew I was in good hands. He made the whole process so easy from start to finish and answered my million and one questions with no concerns. The level of communication I received throughout the build was outstanding and very much appreciated. I was kept up to date on a weekly basis and was always well informed. My knowledge of building is very limited but Jared and his team were very patient and good at explaining all that was happening with the renovations. We recently completed a major renovation with Redkem, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, their attention to detail was impeccable. As specialists in Queenslander renovations, they truly understand the unique aspects and charm of these homes. Jared, our builder, and Craig, the site manager, were fantastic. Their excellent communication kept us informed at every stage of the project. We remained in the house for a large part of the renovation, and they were incredibly accommodating and polite throughout the process. RedKem Construction undertook our renovation of part of our house which included a large main bathroom, and ensuite and a Walk-In-Wardrobe. We are very happy with the outcome and really enjoyed the experience doing the reno with the RedKem team. We are so pleased with the renovation project Redkem completed on our home, modernising our post-war house into a stylish and functional family home whilst also retaining unique character features. It looks beautiful! The building and design team were easy to communicate with and provided a great overall service.
