I spoke with the office. She understood my needs and time frame. She worked with my schedule. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated as a potential customer.Since posting the above, we went with Emmons for the new roof and again I could not be more pleased.The materials used were recommended to me by the Emmons representative and are proving excellent- thank-you Mick! The day of the installation the crew arrived on time and were professional and polite. Everything was done in one day and the clean-up was so good, I would not have believed anyone had worked on the property if I had not been there myself.Emmons was the 7th contractor I talked to and the only one who scheduled an appointment, sent a representative, gave a written estimate, and did the job in one take.
