We found this company by searching for a solar provider. We were unsure of whether we wanted to go with solar. After meeting with the rep, we went for it. They were great about handling the process and keeping us informed during the project. The guys who did the install did a good job. They were friendly and answered our questions. The only hiccup we had was waiting on the electric company to approve the install. Angie kept checking the status and making sure the project was moving forward. Keith has continued to be available for questions and has stayed in touch with us after the completion of our project. We are happy and would recommend this company to others.

Thought about going solar for quite a while. The recent spike and volatility with electric rates made me look a bit harder into it. I contacted Light Owl and my rep answered all questions I had. The government insensitives made it an easy sell. I did have one issue with the lender but my rep was on top of it and made it right. So far so good with the project and the highest electric bill I've had was $12 and that was in a very hot July. I still have to make the solar payments but at least it's clean energy and once it's paid off I will basically have free electricity. I recommend looking into going solar and if you decide it's for you, go with Light Owl.

Very friendly company that is willing and able to answer all questions about panels and loan process. Very accommodating. The process was very smooth, and they take care of all the small details.

By far the easiest 5 star review we could give. From the detailed and transparent information from the sales rep (Anthony) to the constant communication from the project coordinator (Angie), thru the professional installation of the Electrician and crew who where very neat and clean and respectful of our home. I understand that our village is very specific and holds these installations in high regard. The city inspector says that he passes 1 in 3 installations. We passed on the first inspection. Would definitely recommend this company and their services.
