Today November-8-25 I went inside my garage to work on a project and my spring broke. I tried to open the door and could not. I look up there is only one spring. I called and John answered and told me he could not be there for about a hour and a half, and not to worry Bobby is 15 minutes down the road. After calling Bobby showed up about 20 minutes later. He lifted my door up about 16 inches and crawled underneath. Once inside he managed to get the door up all the way so I was able to get out of my garage. He told me that he was in the middle of an install and would be back a couple hours later and would fix my door. He showed up around few hours later. He told me if I want to get my door up in the future I should have 2 springs on the door. If you have two you only have to lift half of the weight when one breaks and your not completely trapped, and your not lifting dead weight. He had my door working with two springs in no time and oiled everything up and walked me through how to oil and maintain the door. He was really respectful and responsive and prompt. Don’t hesitate to call these guys. They are a real pillar in the garage door industry. I recommend hands down.

My door fell onto my car and John sent Bobby out that night within the hour. Bobby got my door down and working, so I can use it until my new one came in. When it did Bobby installed it right away!! If you want quality work with prices that help your wallet also, call A1 garage doors and openers!!! I would give more than 5 if I could. He took the extra time for me so I’ll take the extra time for them!!

I called them a couple weeks back and John answers and sends Bobby out that day. He went over the different manufactures and styles. I went with the Amarr heritage. He gave me the best price and I didn’t even tell him I was shopping. We made the deal and as soon as my doors were in he installed them right away. He also saved me money with the openers. Bobby did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make sure my job was correct and looked like it was a million dollar garage. I’m vary happy I chose these guys not only for the price but for the workmanship. You never get that work for the price. Bobby knows his craft. You should look no further than these guys!!
