My ohana has benefited greatly from Biko Method and we have been able to speed thru healing for generational and divorce trauma.The best thing about Dr Constantine's work is it doesn't require us to rehash old stories. It only requires guidance and awareness of sensations in the body.This expert guidance then allows clearing of stuck patterns to be permanently erased.My daughter's anxiety and glaucoma symptoms are both resolved, which is cross generation bc my mom had these.My son was able to work on divorce trauma that induced symptoms of severe OCD.I personally benefited greatly from Dr Constantine's work that facilitated deep transformation. It's like an upleveling of capacity to take in more life and live fuller.The Biko sessions are life changing to say the least!

I cannot recommend this more. I was very skeptical at first, but the results were way above my expectations. I was treated specifically in respect to my golf game. The very next round was one of my very best performances and only after 1 treatment!! Go give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I did a session with The Biko Method during one of the hardest periods of my life. I was dealing with overwhelming stress and anxiety from work, health challenges, and ultimately had to take FMLA leave to step away and recover. Before going to a wellness center, I did a Biko method session and it was honestly incredible.The experience helped me unburden emotions and patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying. It gave me profound insight into my past, trauma, how my brain responds to stress, and why I react to certain situations the way I do. More than anything, it helped me feel mentally and emotionally prepared to truly receive the healing, wisdom, and support I would later experience at the wellness center.I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend The Biko Method to anyone navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional healing.

Life changing experience ! The Biko method changes the way you look at life. It clears patterns your head has been replaying for years. In my opinion there isn’t anyone that has a similar method to helping mental health to the Biko method. One session helped me release stuff I was dealing with for most of my life which held me stuck in a dark place. I feel like the Biko method is more about mental health but also clearing your energy for yourself and those around you.

I 100% suggest trying this! I'm not very good about expressing/ acknowledging my emotions, but having someone who teaches you about emotional footprints and finding patterns in your emotions is a game changer! I left the session feeling so relieved and calm, I was actually shocked. They're very patient and kind, andtake the time to help navigate pretty much any emotion! I’m definitely gonna come back soon! ❤️
