The install went smooth and about 6 weeks later I noticed what seemed to be excessive granules coming off the roof so I sent Amy an email who by the way has been Great! She then notified Travis, my project manager about my concern. He came over same day and took pictures. Within 5 days he had a rep from GAF and they're distributor ABC come and inspect the roof. They have all been very responsive especially Travis so Thank You All Area Roofing for doing the right thing and taking care of the customer. Less

Everything was done at the schedule they provided when we signed the contract. 7 Years later our insurance company went out of business and required a new wind mitigation inspection. While the inspector complemented All Area for doing more than was required he found about a dozen rafters that had been missed due to the odd shape of our house. I called All Area and they came out and inspected it that week and at no cost to us rectified the overlooked rafters and provided a new wind mitigation report. We met with Mark Lopez who was very patient as I insisted on reading every document we signed. In addition, we had some questions & he took the time to answer each one. Prior to the end of our meeting we were informed that on day 1 of the work beginning we would get a knock on our door from our superintendent, Robilio, who would introduce himself & give us a business card. I would’ve given a 5* instead of 4* but on day one, I never met nor received a card from Robilio. In fact, for the most part, it was the workers, Mark, & the office that we communicated with. There were some minor issues, at the end of the job that needed attention. It was then that I first met Robilio, our supposed superintendent. Once the “punch list” was completed we never had anyone let us know if they were finished. We contacted Mark who was going to get back with us the next day but we never heard back. All this said, I would still recommend & use this company again as they really did do a great job on the roof & they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis, which to us, was a huge plus as having a new roof done creates a lot of mess & can be very stressful for the homeowner.
