Eliot joined us at our island wide conference. He was the last keynote speaker of a VERY full, informative day. I gave him the toughest speaking timeslot there is no doubt! And I knew he would prevail! The room was engaged for the full 1.5 hours. The content was interesting, relatable, and thought provoking, with humour peppered throughout. So many things I’d like to say and such a small comment box lol. Serene Hypnotherapy is an amazing place. My wife and I came to see Eliot during some of our most chaotic and lowest moments in our lives. He’s helped us sort out our thoughts, and gave us the tools to see a path that was so obscured by life’s mess that we couldn’t see anymore. We owe him more than simple words can express.

As a first responder, I found this to be a truly amazing experience. Elliot was warm, welcoming, and highly informative, delivering the program to our group with the highest level of professionalism and care. He presented a variety of techniques and cues that helped us better understand and support ourselves, as well as assist others whether fellow first responders or members of the general public who may be going through difficult times and are seeking resources to move forward. I had the opportunity to attend 2 introductory lessons with Eliot as a first responder. The information he teaches you is mind blowing and the meditation techniques lift a heavy weight off your mind and shoulders, literally! In one of the sessions some very deep and hurtful things from my life came up and he help guild me into a deep state of mind and did what he called a theater technique to help walk me though and leave all those emotions behind. I have never felt this at peace with myself! I love that I don't have to disclose any details and can still leave all the garbage of the past in the past! I 100% recommend Eliot!
