We were approached to be an advertising home because we live on a corner. Overall it was a good price for a quality window with a good warranty. The office staff that e-mailed me are great at arranging everything, providing information, and answering questions.We were lucky it only took about a month to get the windows made and then they were quick to schedule the installation. We were very blessed to have perfect weather that day and they were able to get them all installed in one day. Very smart to measure again before starting to verify they brought the right size windows. Installers were kind and considerate.*tip - make sure to double check that what you want is what is ordered. We received the wrong sashes for the bathroom window but that was quickly corrected within the next month at no charge. Happy to have a bathroom window that can open from the top.Our house feels more insulated and there is less noise from the outside. Love the new window feel and look.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Guardian Windows team. They gave us the quotes we needed in order to decide how much we wanted to do now and later. Our quote is good for 3 years so we can plan accordingly.The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.The guy who came for precise measurements was on time. Our windows came in before the 4-6 weeks and we were aware of what we needed to prepare ahead of time for installation. They were a bit late on installation day but they were efficient and knowledgeable in installing our windows after they arrived. Overall, we are impressed and love being able to see through our windows again!

We had a wonderful experience with Guardian Windows in Colorado. We were approached as an advertising home and were initially a bit wary because there is minimal brand presence for the company in Colorado. After some research and a meeting with their salesperson, we decided to move forward with the process. The team was back to measure within a few days of the contract being signed and windows were promptly ordered. It took a couple of months for the windows to arrive, but we were immediately notified and scheduled within the week once they did. Install was amazing!! The team arrived right on time. They were very communicative, kind, and made us feel comfortable with their presence in our home. They took great care in maintaining the integrity of our window frames and even sanded down and restored some of the rotting framing in our 1800s home. They left no mess behind and did an absolutely seamless install job. Guardian Windows blew our expectations out of the water and we could not recommend them highly enough in Colorado. Our only suggestion would be that they work on building a local business profile and brand presence here, as it would help future customers feel more confident in their legitimacy—because the quality of their work absolutely deserves to be known.

Unfortunately there was a decent sized scratch on the front window and a tear in the screen of a basement window, but replacements were ordered by the team before they even finished installing everything! The window crew led by Josh did an excellent job with our 10 window installation. They arrived at approximately 10 AM and were finished at 4 PM. They were friendly and kept us informed throughout the installation. They removed all the window stickers and placed them on 8x11 sheets of paper so we would have a proper file of serial numbers. Although they cleaned up very well, the carpets did need a good vacuuming. We were very pleased with the job.

While others have shared their experiences as being negative that their sales people ignored their "no soliciting" signs, I can't complain. They showed up 10 minutes after I got a quote from a different company that uses the same window manufacturer and beat their price significantly! Going over all the details and paperwork was super easy, the financing options were fabulous and the speed at which they had the windows ready to install was phenomenal. We were quoted 10-15 weeks and the windows were ready in 3. They got all 8 windows installed in a single day and made sure we had all necessary paperwork to take advantage of energy efficiency rebates with the power company. The only complaint I have is there was a significant amount of dirt and debris left on our bed from when they installed the master bedroom window. Everywhere else seemed to be cleaned up nicely. Otherwise great service, fantastic windows and excellent communication.

Overall, we had a great experience. We love the windows with their quality and features. I have two small ideas for improvement and one heads up for future customers. 1) We’re not neat freaks, but we don’t wear shoes in the house and do weekly basic cleaning. Replacing windows will always be a messy business, but it’s important to leave a house in the condition that it was in upon arrival. The crew did put down canvas and plastic sheeting and wore booties most of the time. However, our family spent the evening cleaning up ice melt, wet boot prints, mud, dust, and vinyl particles after installation. 2) White caulk on brown brick on the front windows doesn’t look great. Clear caulk was used on some of the other windows and should’ve been used here too. 3) If you are considering getting new windows be prepared to remove blinds, drapes, furniture, plants, and pictures before installation and put them back after. Luckily, we did not have to remove our plantation shutters except on two 1/2 round windows and that was done by our professional crew. That’s it. Would have given 4.5 if I could. Thanks.

5 STARS PLUS, from start to finish! Everyone was fantastic. Sales guy, awesome, friendly, honest, and wasn't pushy and in your face. Measuring guy, so accommodating, came in the dark and cold and had to trudge through a bunch of dead flower bushes and ended up getting all wet, but was so nice about the whole thing. Install crews, these guys worked so well together. Any questions we had, they were more than happy to stop and talk to us, and explain things. At one point there was a question about whether or not a couple of the windows had the correct tinting, and they patiently waited until sales could get back to us and confirm that everything was okay. I would recommend Guardian, over and over again. Even the office support, were always on top of everything. Chef's kiss to them, and of course, we love the windows and have zero regrets! Long live Guardian Windows! For the life of me, if I could figure out how to upload some photos, I would.

Recently bought into a new home that wa built in the 70's with windows that appeared original to the build. We are talking aluminum frames and narrowly spaced double-pane glass whose seals had long since broken. Several of the wondows fogged and all were very poor at maintianing the interior temperature of the house. Lucky for us, we were approached by the folks at Guardian windows, and I are so thankful that we were presented with the opportunity to work with them when replacing our windows. Juan was very helpful in helping us understand the whole process, as well as being very knowledgable about the product they are selling. The windows were custom made to fit precicely, and were ready after a relatively short amount of time. The crew that came out to install them were courteous, professional, and efficient. It was a very cold day, but it was hardly noticed at all inside the house as they were very quick in the replacement of the old windows. They were even able to carefully preserve the existing stone window sills. Since the new windows were installed, we have already noticed a distinct lack of cold drafts around the replaced windows. The windows themselves are very easy to disassemble for cleaning, and allow excellent light transfer even though they have a high level of UV protection. All in all, A+ to the team at Guardian Windows! Thank you so much for your excellent service! I can guarantee that we will be working with them when we get around to replacing the rest of the windows in the house.
