Had the free inspection appointment from a cold call since they were coming to the neighborhood to work on a neighbor's roof. Erick Cruz was the one that came. He was punctual and clear in communication on ETA ahead of the appointment, gave me an honest feedback on the status of my roof, and some tips on safety if I'd want to go on the roof myself. Overall had a pleasant experience with Erick and Blackdiamond roofing.

This company has just finished the roof tear-off and reinstall on my house, because of delivery time the crew was not able to even start the tear-off process until after 2pm Friday afternoon and it was very cold (34*f) with a strong wind and mix of rain, hail and snow but they worked extremely hard and fast to get half torn off and recovered before any water got in and on the second and 3rd days they had the same weather and worse including lightning but there persistence to get it finished was unrivaled in the industry and minus a small amount of ridge cap did finish by 6pm Sunday. I felt it only needed 1 final thing and that was to buy them poor hard working guys a 6 pack they definitely earned it...the only part that I regret is hiring DaBella to do the job when Black Diamond did the real work. You 3 guys are awesome. I will recommend you to anyone I know.

Black Diamond inspected and installed my home with a new roof. They are responsive problem-solvers and provide quality shingle options for installing new roofing. They will also answer all your questions about price and do a thorough inspection before they begin the work. I had an older roof with several layers of old shingles, and I was worried about finding additional problems once the old shingles were removed. They walked me through the process and gave me a couple of bids - one for a worst-case scenario and another based on their best estimation after an inspection. Older roof jobs can be tricky because you can't always see the full scope of work up front, but they worked with me to give me the whole picture. No other roofing company gave me the same quality salesmanship or care during the bidding process.There was a slight snafu when they did the work because the weather was erratic, and a tarp flew off during a torrential downpour, which caused a temporary leak. Even though I freaked out, Black Diamond was 100% responsive and professional, and they fixed everything to my satisfaction. Also, they provided me with a discount for the accidental hassle. I'm sharing this story because it's a testament to their dedication to customer service and problem-solving abilities. $hi% happens from time to time, despite everyone's best efforts. And when it does, you want to work with accountable folks who care about making things right. Black Diamond Roofing is a company that will do just that. The new roof looks great, and I'm grateful for their accountability and dedication to customer service at a fair and reasonable cost. The guys were amazing at Black Diamond! The salesman Kimo was no pressure and I received quotes from several. They were more honest about what they could offer for my home and helped me to arrive at the best option. Others in their estimates were pushing for options Kimo explained would not fit my home.
