I brought my car in to see what a weird noise it was making was.Jacob met with me, and, after assessing the car the next day, called me up to explain what my problems were.First, the weird noise was likely due to a missing bolt. Second, my outer and inner tie rods were very worn out.I asked if the noise would go away with a bolt and if the tie rods were essential. Jacob told me that he would recommend new tie rods just because they’re an important part of the car, but that he could just replace the bolt if that’s what I chose.The bolt cost five or ten dollars, and I believe he only charged about thirty dollars for labor.He gave me a quote for labor on the tie rods too, and it seemed very reasonable.I thought that he seemed very competent and I’d gladly go back.I felt the location was a bit inconvenient, but that’s not really their fault.
