Dave and his team did an amazing job removing 4 dents and respraying my bumper which was in a terrible state.My car looked like brand new I couldn't believe the magic they had worked.My bruised and very battered series 1 now looks back too its very best 👌 I am over the moon.The cost to have everything done was great i expected far worse given the very expensive quotes i had from a couple of competitors that where an absolute joke.I highly recommend scratches they are absolute magicians.Thankyou Dave and Team 👏 👏 👏Toni Montague

I will start this review with 'I'm actually blown away'. Trust me this is not with regards to their workmanship but towards how ignorant a company could be.I personally live in Blackpool and my elderly mother lives on a residential assisted living block adjacent to the repair shop. My mum had been going on for quite a while about having a respray on her little car that she's owned for many years and treasures. A chap called Dave who I'm assuming is the owner If not the manager followed me around the car and assured me that he would look after the vehicle and not overcharge my mother. On this premise and the fact that he was next door to my mother's address, I agreed to leave him the key. He said he would look at it over the next couple of days and call me with a quote. The problem is that she lives in the middle of nowhere and there are no local stores for even basic groceries like milk and bread. She called me on Saturday over the bank holiday quite upset because she was out of essentials. Basically he has had the key for nearly 3 weeks and I've not heard a thing from him so this morning I called them this morning and requested that they returned my mother's key and explained the situation to the receptionist.They have had the bare face cheek to return the key to the office which I requested but not even called me to at least apologise and explain for the delay !Maybe a clear warning sign for future customers that they are not professional in terms of communication which will definitely lead to frustration from the trusting party involved.

I’d all but torn the right-hand side of my bumper off on a curb and scratched all down one side of my little Fiat 500. Honestly, I didn’t think it could ever look like new again, but it does! Scratches were recommended to me on the basis that they are fair on price and carry out repairs to a very high standard. I can now say that after carrying out my repair the recommendation was totally correct. I would add that I found them very friendly and helpful. The most important part to me was the estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no added extras. I will not hesitate to use scratches in the future, should I need them and have no hesitation in giving my seal of approval and recommendation.

Wouldn't bother taking your car there .We had our van there for 3 monthsAnd with lots of emails and phone calls found out that they hadn't even started it .There more bothered about little jobs that they earn more money from .
