I went on a Saturday so I can’t attest to the business, however it was a great gym you need to try if you’re in town! Would highly recommend! The equipment is top tier - both my fiancé and I love this gym. It’s clean, always has great music playing and truly feels like a community of people trying to better themselves. Check it out for sure you won’t be disappointed! Shavane knows his stuff and is so supportive in making your goals easier to reach. I’ve really enjoyed training with him, he’s exactly the kind of trainer you need to be successful. My wife and I are new members (only a couple of weeks in), but we are absolutely loving it! It's so refreshing to work out at a genuinely pro-level gym with pro-level equipment. I never realized how much the 'right' equipment can enhance the effectiveness of a fitness plan and individual workouts. I've suddenly realized that the exercises are made more focused, efficient, and effective, because I'm not working against a poorly constructed mid-tier or low-end machine.
