In addition to our ugly and dirty carpeting, we also were having issues with water intrusion at our sliding glass patio door during hard and driving rain storms. He came up with a solution to raise the inside track height by attaching a guard piece to the existing track, which will keep the water from spilling inside when that door track fills with water during intense storms. He not only installed this but replaced all of my baseboards with new baseboards, which he even picked up at the hardware store! Finally, we were under a hard deadline of getting the new floors and putting everything back in place by a certain day, as we had a renter moving in on a Sunday. Paul and his team stayed till late on Saturday to make sure everything was in order for our new tenant to move in. We cannot say enough good things about his company and the quality work which he does. After three attempts (messages) to contact Paul at Royal Epoxy this year with no return call, I'm writing another review. When the floor was installed it looked great.  Being our second  home we did not use the  garage for months after the install. We moved in permanently  at the beginning of 2021 and started using the garage as intended.  My main issue with  the coating is that it is so delicate, the smallest thing the drops on the floor will chip it.  We also now have areas that are bubbling up and cracking/chipping.  I don't know if it was from a poor quality product or from poor preparation Less
