Royal Floor Coatings did an excellent job installing commercial flooring at our church in Bunnell, FL. They replaced the old carpet in the main walkways with durable, professional-grade flooring. Update 05/12/25 the reapplication of the second repair 09/06//22 has started pealing like an old sun burn. Other areas of the floor continue to bubble and split. My garage is more like a room of the house we don't even park a car in it. Don't know why this is still happening.I may have to have it removed and redone with a better quality product. Live and learn. And I'm out & $$$Update 09/06/22 they came out and repaired my floor looks great again thanks I would have given 5 stars but it took a while to get them back for repairs.Twenty four month review.After three attempts (messages) to contact Paul at Royal Epoxy this year with no return call, I'm writing another review. When the floor was installed it looked great.  Being our second  home we did not use the  garage for months after the install. We moved in permanently  at the beginning of 2021 and started using the garage as intended.  My main issue with  the coating is that it is so delicate, the smallest thing the drops on the floor will chip it.  We also now have areas that are bubbling up and cracking/chipping.  I don't know if it was from a poor quality product or from poor preparation

Did my entire garage interior with painting, vinyl trim, and metallic epoxy for about $7400. Had him come back to fix a couple of things missed the first time. Paul is a really nice guy and the metallic floor looks good.

Love our new finished floors!!! We had Royal Floor Coatings refinish our garage floor, front porch and back lanai. Paul does great work with attention to detail and expert application of the finish. We love the color and appreciate the non slip texture that was applied. Paul's work is OUTSTANDING, AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL. We contacted Paul after a referral from a friend. Paul answered our request in a timely manner, showed up for the estimate when he said he'd be there and started the job as scheduled. He completed the job exactly as we discussed. The garage looks fantastic. He uses quality products and pays attention to every detail -- even helping us move the bulky storage cabinets.
