Sean and his team are outstanding. They do not do shoddy work, as their attention to detail is superb. I have had Ryan and Son replace windows, replace siding, and most recently, do a major renovation after water damage that cascaded into floor joist replacement, 3 new bathrooms and a kitchen. Sean's team does everything themselves, with the exception of electrical and plumbing (and he has fantastic subs as well) to make sure all work is up to Sean's standards, which are very high. All that is left is for me to finish painting. You may find lower cost options, but you get what you pay for. With Ryan and Son, I know that my money is going to be very well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sean is simply great to work with - his team is very skilled and capable and does quality work. We had Ryan & Sons rebuild a master bathroom and garage that suffered water damage and couldn't be more happy with the results. Sean was clear with his communication and progress updates throughout the build. He delivered on time and budget. The best client is a happy and repeat client - Sean is going to be working on an addition to our home in 2026. Highly recommended.

Absolutely a top notch builder. Sean and his team built our custom home in 2022-23 and did a follow-up job in our basement in 2025. Honest, transparent, superb listener, flexible, accountable, dedicated, perfectionist and talented are some words I would use to describe Sean and his small team.
