Tracy and Mani, were excellent. They really went to battle with getting everything you needed as a buyer to make the process as simple/smooth as possible. As first time home buyers, they made sure that we got the right amount of compensation from the buyer to aid in our closing costs which allowed us to have money in pocket left over! They also were able to negotiate the seller covering agent fees so we didn’t have that expense as well! Would recommended them to anyone and everyone!
