Awesome team to work with - Tracy and Mani! Very easygoing and approachable. If you’ve got questions, they have answers, and solutions. We did a relocation from one state to another as well as a VA loan. I highly recommend this team for your best real estate transactions and finding a home that best fits you and your family!

Tracy and Mani were phenomenal! They made the stress of locating the right house in the best location an enjoyable and easy and delightful. They worked hard in getting everything processed, approved and included in our offer/acceptance. They are the absolute best in the business!!

WARNING!! BEWARE SCAMMER ALERT! Trust me on this. You will be scammed. My wife and I attempted to purchase a home in Jacksonville area with Tracy Williams. She will sell you a fake bag of garbage in her sales pitch. Well we have none the less been lied to cheated and scammed in so many aspects by Tracy. I have text messages emails to prove it all. She is trying to force us into a home with holes in the roof. Please feel free to contact me and I can show you the miles of proof that I have of all of these events. Be warned be aware. Don’t fall for a scam. This is the type of person who uses people dying as an excuse to get out of trying to help you. That’s how terrible of a person we’re dealing with here.
