She will sell you a fake bag of garbage in her sales pitch. Well we have none the less been lied to cheated and scammed in so many aspects by Tracy. I have text messages emails to prove it all. She is trying to force us into a home with holes in the roof. Please feel free to contact me and I can show you the miles of proof that I have of all of these events. Be warned be aware. Tracy and Mani, were excellent. They really went to battle with getting everything you needed as a buyer to make the process as simple/smooth as possible. As first time home buyers, they made sure that we got the right amount of compensation from the buyer to aid in our closing costs which allowed us to have money in pocket left over! They also were able to negotiate the seller covering agent fees so we didn’t have that expense as well! Would recommended them to anyone and everyone!
