The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. They were accommodating of my schedule. The price was extremely fair given the level of service. My car was fresh put of the dealership and I insisted it would not be too much work for them. However, the proved I was dead wrong. They made it look better than brand new. So much so I went to get a car cover just to help it last longer. They brought everything they needed including water and electricity. Very very detail oriented. My car is 7 years old, and has been a daily form of transport for a family and its dog ever since. Numerous road trips, meals on the go....kids... you get the idea. We spend a lot of time in the car, but have never had it detailed. The Deep Car Detail team spent 5 hours performing a Diamond Detail service, and exceeded expectations in several ways. First, their management team is very professional, has recently invested in their systems for billing and CarFax reporting, and are great communicators. High marks all around on these systems and processes. Day of service, they arrive on-site completely self-sufficient with all their own equipment, power and water. At the end of five hours, on the inside, the car looks like new. All the black plastics (such as door frame, foot well, etc.) look refreshed, the soft faux-leather handles and dash materials look completely renewed, and there is not a spec of dirt in any crease or edge that I can find. Super thorough. All upholstery looks and smells amazing, to the point that one would ever know we had been transporting dogs and children for years. On the outside, we're most impressed with the head and rear lights looking brand new and no longer being fogged out, and the car being polished to the point that it hurts the eyes. No idea what these other posts are talking about in terms of scratching cars?! We found Deep Car Detail to be very conscientious about their equipment and keeping your car safe during the process. Deep Car Detail will leave you with fewer scratches, not more, as their polishing tends to fill in superficial scratches on your car. I have one long scratch on one side of our car that will never be fully removed, but after this service it's much less noticeable. Many smaller scratches from kids and accidents are gone. We also had a lot of sun damage on much of the black plastic side walls and splash guards around the external wheel wells, and these all look like they are brand new. Really couldn't believe how good it looks. I recently had the pleasure of having my new Tesla pampered with a ceramic coating, courtesy of the exceptional car detailer Juan, who came to my house. Juan's work is nothing short of outstanding! From the moment he arrived, Juan demonstrated a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is second to none. He explained the entire process, making sure I understood the benefits of ceramic coating. Watching him work, it was evident he takes great pride in what he does. The end result is truly breathtaking. My Tesla now has a glossy finish that I didn't think was possible, and I can't stop admiring it. The added protection is a huge bonus. In Nov 2022 I requested the max premium package for my SUV and it wasn't the service I had paid for. You can read my review below. However, what regained my trust and professionalism is Julian, the owner, called me back this spring to make it right. He offered a full exterior detail for free, no strings attached. They completed perfectly and even got a paint transfer on my front bumper removed. See pictures below. I highly recommend them. Old review from Nov '22 Initially, this looked like a very reputable car detailing service, and they were professional and responsive in their communication setting it up. For anyone that cares about how their car is washed and to avoid swirls and scratches, I would not use it. They spent less than 25 minutes washing the car. The dirt was barely sprayed off before a wash. Then they applied some soap with a pressure washer but not enough to warrant a full deep exterior clean. Then, they used handled brushes to wash the exterior of the car. These brushes were dirty from previous washes, left on the ground, and were more met for cleaning wheels than the body of the car. Speaking of wheels, I didn't see them clean once other than a spray from the power washer. Most of the time was spent cleaning the inside of the car, which they did an good job on. However, for the next week, it wreaked of toxic chemical cleaners (the smell reminded me of a body shop paint), and, for a few days, would give me a headache, and I'd have to drive around with the windows opened. With two small children, I do not recommend getting an interior cleaned based on the products they use. They did some light buffing and polishing with pads that looked like they were never cleaned, and I never saw them apply wax (unless they did that with the polishing, but those are listed as two different steps). The exterior plastics were never dressed because I had to go out and do it myself with my product after they left. I may be picky here, but when you spend $300+ on a detail, it should focus on details. This, at best, was a basic exterior clean." Amazing detail! I had tons of tree sap on my car. Ryan and the Blue Team do amazing work! I basically scheduled an appointment the next day and they pulled up and knocked it out in less than 2 hours. Super convenient. 10/10 and will be coming back for all my detailing needs. Less

Excellent costumer service, friendly staff and very nice machines and setup! I paid upfront and they called me to confirm my appointment and the day of the appointment they texted me 1 hour before to let me know they were on the way. My car had some stains and they got them all out, the lines on the carpet was a nice touch! Also all my windows had no marks on them which I really liked because is something I normally have a bad time with at a car wash. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come back. Less

This place has really legit service. They really go out of their way to create appropriate packages that suit your needs. Deep Car Detail LLC really knows how to make a customer feel appreciated. The man I received a quote from over the phone was kind and friendly.
 We set the appointment for the following day at noon and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. They managed to get to my place on time and they did an amazing job. I made an appointment with them 2 days prior, I had asked for a next day appointment knowing it would be unlikely, they called me soon after submitting my appointment, and kindly let me know that they were completely booked for the next day, but said they could get me first thing in the morning the following day, which was still very convenient. The man on the phone was very nice.They texted me about an hour before coming which was nice since I could get the space ready for them and be able to clear out my car. They got here and were very professional and just verified what I wanted to get done and inspected the car a little, but they got straight to work. They worked efficiently and effectively, and they are very nice people. Great customer service. I am more than satisfied with the results and would 110% get service from here again. These guys were amazing! We bought a used SUV yesterday and the dealership DID NOT do a good job of properly cleaning the vehicle before selling it to us. I called out Deep Car Detail and they showed up the day I called them within a few hours. Then once they were here they made my used car look like a BRAND NEW CAR!!! Amazing work! They accommodate by coming to your local and even working past the sun setting, which helped in my case since I get off of work late. They left my car like new. Stains in my backseat that had been there for years from a soda spill were gone (even though I was told by them there would be no guarantee which I knew) but they vanished! It was a pleasure working with Juan at Deep Car Detail. He communicated the rates clearly, which are very reasonable. He communicated from start to end so there was so misunderstandings. He showed up on time and completed my SUV detail.
