We had a training session last night and I just wanted to share how impactful it was. Jason created such a positive and comfortable environment and was genuinely funny, which made everyone feel at ease. The strategies he shared were practical and easy to implement. I’ve already started using them and have seen a difference. Really grateful for the experience!

Although I had a lot of previous parenting knowledge prior to attending, there were parts of the seminar that forced me to think where my parenting “should” beliefs come from and how that shows up and affects my parenting. I’m not one for online learning so grateful for the in person support. Jason was friendly, engaging and very supportive. Really recommend this if you’re a new parent.

I attended a very insightful workshop with Jason from IAM today. As an educator, this session has helped me to delve deeper and develop a clearer understanding of what’s often seen as ‘behaviour’. Using the “whole story” approach to understand a behaviour is definitely a strategy all people living or working with children will benefit from.
