I got hair stroke eyebrows done here last month and it was the best decision I ever made! I was worried about still having some ink left over from getting nano brows done elsewhere 3 years ago but she was able to work around that and fill in everything else. My brows were so mismatched before, one was so much higher and thinner than the other, and they ended up looking so full and natural by the end.I came for a follow up appointment one month later and got a few finishing touches that made them look absolutely flawless. She really takes the time to map out your brows and won't start using the needle until you're happy with the shape and style. I would not recommend this place for brows.I came in to my appointment and the owner asked why I didn’t fill out a form, however as we sat down and looked through sent/ received emails we realized she had not emailed it to me.She drew out hair strokes for me and asked how I felt about the shape. I asked if we could try strokes that went slightly in the direction of my natural hair growth and she got short with me. Since nano brows are more permanent than micro blading, I wanted to get to a shape I was comfortable with...She drew a new set however drew strokes that went right to left on my right brow and left to right on my left brow which is completely unnatural. Not sure why that would even be an option. After I mentioned the unnatural look of those strokes she got upset and told me to draw them myself. Not moments later she said “Actually I can’t do your brows anymore”.At this business, you’d better not try to achieve a look you like or the owner will get upset with you and not bother serving you. Huge waste of time!Please find a better place to get brows done with someone who actually cares about your brows and helping you achieve a desired look.Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Less

I got my lips blush done by someone else a year ago. My lip colour was not even. The inside of the lips had spotty colour and it was pale compared to the edges. I contacted Coco Face Boutique for a touch up. She explained that she doesn’t do touch ups for other people’s work. We agreed to have a new lip blush service done by her. Now my lips have been fixed and I am so happy with the result. Super upset with Coco. I had a family emergency in Toronto so I had to cancel my appointment, I let her know ASAP. She still refused to refund my deposit or work in any way to compensate me. Unfortunately times are tough and I was using this cash to spend on myself and it’s now been used towards family expenses. I understand the policy is non refundable but there should be some give and maybe some kindness also. I am dissatisfied and very disappointed in the integrity of the owner.
