9 month update-Ive spent so much of my life feeling defeated. I can't proclaim that my life is perfect now, but I can say with certainty that I've learnt to make the best of anything. I used to collapse under pressure- now I pivot and flow. Day by day, everything gets better.Any provider here would be a great start. Desarei Hoss is top tier, highly suggested, and grately appreciated by me.

I had a massage from Lena, and it was amazing!! The right amount of pressure, so relaxing, pretty sure I dozed off for a few minutes. She really did a great job, I will definitely be going back.Thank you.

My first time with Lena, the masseuse at Tranquil, was fantastic. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Erin (who was also super helpful when booking), the inviting space, and meeting Lena I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Lena was incredible, friendly and would check in throughout the hour. My only complaint is it went too quickly! You won’t regret getting a massage with Lena, you’ll leave relaxed and refreshed. Looking forward to going again!

Just had the best massage ever at Tranquil JC in downtown Johnson city. I’ve had a nagging pain in my left shoulder for months and immediately after the massage I felt relief I hadn’t felt in years.There was an immediate calmness and serenity upon entering the lobby. That great experience just kept going. I didn’t want it to end.I’ll be going back again and again just for the relaxing atmosphere.

Ive been in therapy here for a few months now. My life is completely different today because of my hard work and decision to receive therapy services at Tranquil. Being a caregiver for my wife, who has since passed away, was a traumatic experience for me. The trauma triggered episodes of anxiety and depression within me to the point I felt life was barely worth living. Sometimes not even worth it.I knew I needed help and I found it with Tranquil JC. Rebecca is an excellent therapist and a very good fit for me. She has helped me realize I am a valuable human being with normal problems. Problems which seemed to be impossible to overcome. Problems which have solutions.With Rebecca’s guidance I have learned how to identify my feelings and use easy to learn tools and techniques to cope. Being a kind and compassionate person, Rebecca gently helps me realize the goodness within me. At the same time, she never lets me make excuses for myself. I am the one responsible for facing my obstacles and ultimately dealing with them. Life is filled with ups and downs and thanks to the help Rebecca has provided, the good times now outweigh and outnumber the bad.

Rebecca has helped me come a truly long way. She has provided wonderful coping skills. I personally appreciate that she does not validate bad choices. However, she tells you why they’re wrong in a respectful manner. Has a very friendly demeanor and approach. Feels like you’re just chatting with a friend , but healing mentally while you do it. She celebrates all your victories big or small. Cannot say enough great things.
