Don't look any further for your bin rental needs. This family owned business is amazing. I called and spoke to Korri who asked me questions with regards to what I was disposing. She upsold me on a 10yrd bin and thank God she did as it was just big enough. Chris the bin driver arrived promptly in the morning in what looked like a brand new truck. He positioned the bin on my driveway and placed boards down before expertly placing the bin on said boards. He was extremely polite and even showed me how the doors opened and how to secure them to the side of the bin so the wind wouldn't blow them into my car. The bin itself was clean with no rust and painted black. Once finished, I called Korri and she assured ne the bin would be picked up promptly. IT WAS!!!!!!!. Because we had lots of rain, as the bin was being lifted onto the truck Chris stopped to allow all the water (from the rain/ice storm) to drain. He explained that he didn't want me to pay for extra weight. Once completed Korri called me with the final bill and when I questioned her about the weight she sent me a copy of the way bill showing the weight of the garbage. In the junk removal prices are standard across the industry, what sets one company apart from another is the quality of service. When I called they were professional and courteous. Their delivery was on time. They placed wood so that their bin does not damage the driveway. This seems simple but believe it or not I have had drivers from a different company show up without wood putting a big dent in the asphalt. Unbelievable. Started an impromptu project at 4PM on Friday and thought there was no way i'd be able to get it done. Called these folks, they had a bin there in 30 minutes. The next day at 2pm I realized I needed another one, called them- they were there in 30 minutes. Here's where it really gets awesome; I needed to pick up a bunch of sod but had no truck and 30 minutes to do it; these guys went to the sod farm, picked it up and brought it back to me.
