I requested to talk to an office manager about a situation over a month ago, made several calls and emails with no response so making one last attempt here. I had an appointment for a new retainer for $300, which I thought would be a routine procedure but now I'm realizing I should have gone elsewhere. I requested to talk to an office manager about a situation over a month ago, made several calls and emails with no response so making one last attempt here. I had an appointment for a new retainer for $300, which I thought would be a routine procedure but now I'm realizing I should have gone elsewhere. The assistant who first did the mold did it incorrectly, and had to get another assistant. Then, that assistant did another mold in my mouth, which was painful and made my gums sore for almost a week later. Then when I went to pick up the retainer, the retainer very clearly did not fit my top teeth, and was clearly pushing them forward rather than holding in place. They only offered to make a new mold, for the top only, but I did not want to go through the process again since it was painful and clearly not done properly. They said their manager would reach out about a reimbursement, but then no phone call for over a month. They did however send me 2 treatment plans for my wisdom teeth removal. Less

This failure to provide the necessary treatment reflects a blatant disregard for your legal, professional, and ethical responsibilities as outlined by the American Dental Association and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.To further exacerbate the situation, your office scheduled multiple appointments, purportedly to complete the treatment. I made the significant effort to drive 50 miles from Los Angeles, only to be met by a staff dental hygienist, rather than the attending dentist, attempting to cover for the scheduled appointment. This unprofessional and careless behavior is inexcusable and has caused me significant frustration, wasted time, energy, and financial resources. It is appalling that such a well-regarded clinic would engage in these ridiculous, game-playing tactics with a professional patient.This issue is not just about incomplete treatment; it is about a breach of trust and the failure of your clinic to fulfill its professional obligations. I came in with tooth pain and they were able to squeeze me in, perform a root canal which was painless and faster than i anticipated, and had a crown placed all in the same visit. When I told them I was going to go to a different dentist and no longer be their client they had a very indifferent attitude, didn't care at all and never attempted to save me as their client. Additionally, the cleanliness of their office has gone downhill in the last years. There is so much dust on the floors, bathrooms are dirty and walls of their office are unclean with stains. The furniture around the office is also worn and torn. To make matters worse my husband had gone for a regular filling and came out with no sensation in his tongue due to their negligence as they damaged a nerve when numbing him because they used a cheaper numbing solution. Several months have passed by and my husband has not regained his sensation in his tongue! Please think twice before going to this place! Less

Many times a good medical/dental experience starts at the front desk and everyone there was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Then comes the actual time and experience with the dentist, Dr. Rob Kim is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He did an excellent job educating me about what he was doing and why and ensured I felt comfortable during the entire process. The facility itself is also top of the line. He had tv’s mounted to the ceiling to aid in keeping me comfortable, top of the line tools, and had my crown made and replaced all in no time with the state of the art 3D printer. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and recommend this place to everyone. I also traveled over an hour to come here and would do so every time. Less
