I was very pleased with the work they did. I received a detailed quote for a new shingled roof and chimney top repair. They did the work when they said they would and for the quoted price, including installing new shingles under an awning where there was not much room to work. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves each day and kept me regularly informed as to the progress of the work.

Gill and the crews paid meticulous attention to details and ensured the work was done properly and professionally. Volkan, the project manager, was easy to deal with. He kept us up to date and addressed all of our concerns. He made sure that we are happy with the end results. I really like the drone pictures of the project including the before and after result. Cooper Roofing replaced our roof. They were not the cheapest option, but the one I most felt comfortable with. Scheduling was quick and they finished the job much quicker than I expected. Roof looks great. I really appreciated the work they put into their initial quoting going over exactly what they would do in a multi page report including many photos of the original roof and its current condition. As well at the end they put together a completion report with photos and videos including before and after. Very impressed by the professionalism and work completed.

Cooper Roofing just replaced our asphalt shingle roof and repaired the chimney pot/crown on our home and we're very happy with the results. Both the roof and chimney crews were polite, hardworking and left our house very tidy at the end of each day. I really appreciated that the estimator, Sebastian, did not try to upsell us to replace our garage roof, which still had at least another 10-15 years of use. He was also more thorough than other estimators and pointed out potential issues upfront so we could avoid surprises after we signed the contract. Both the production manager (Harneet) and project manager (Volkan) were also great and we received regular status updates with photos as the project progressed.

Brian replaced the boots on my three plumbing vents, which were cracked and leaking, and inspected the entire roof for real and potential problems. Thanks Brian, Shane and Jeannette and the rest of the Cooper Roofing team! We asked them to replace our fascia on our roof that was starting to rot. A few delays to start the project due to weather and other jobs, but Brian updated us frequently about the progress of the materials and start date. The level of customer service from their office to the team working on the job was outsanding. For the job itself, Brian and his team finished in 2 days. His team even identified and repaired an issue with the flashing around our chimneys that was the cause of the rotting wood. Again, their communication with us throughout the job was fantastic. Once the repairs were completed, the invoice had before and after pictures, ensuring us the job was done well. Overall, it was a pleasure working Cooper Roofing from initial quote to completion. We highly recommend their services!
