I make a point to try a different flavor each time I go, and I have yet to try a bad flavor. If you’re wanting a drink for a caffeine kick, for protein, a meal replacement, or just something tasty, there’s something for you. There are so many options - When I am not sure what to try, the person at the register is great about sharing customer and personal favorites. The staff is always friendly. The teas and shakes are pretty expensive, but I think worth the splurge every once in a while. People wanting more than one a week may benefit from purchasing the products and making them at home. I believe the store provides information on how to join and then be able to purchase products. If you’re new to the loaded tea game (like I was when I first walked into Grit), it can be overwhelming and difficult to know what’s what. My only recommendation would be for the store to provide some clarification/information on their blackboards as to what each tea is or how teas can be customized to fit one’s needs. (Ex. Loaded vs Beauty vs Specialty; they mention the option to make a tea a “kitchen sink,” but don’t describe what that means; what products are going into each tea/shake; what can be made half caf; etc.) It may be that Herbalife limits what these stores can share out, but it would certainly help newcomers feel less intimidated and better aware of what the options are. The store can get really busy, so taking time to ask the person at the register what everything is isn’t always possible.Overall, great place that is worth checking out for a guilt-free beverage.
