Damian was great to work with! I had to help a family member with a mold situation and Damian was very knowledgeable about mold toxicity testing and air quality issues. Damian takes he time to listen to what the issue is you’re dealing with and offer his professional opinions on how to proceed. He shows compassion with his customer service and is very prompt with this communication. He made air quality device suggestions that other mold remediation companies didn’t even know existed. He hooked up an ozone machine that helped my family out and brought a sense of relief. Damian provides that old school interpersonal customer service that reminds you of how good it is to work with a business who cares about your well being and isn’t just out to make a dollar. I wish I would’ve discovered Damian sooner in my search for a mold expert as if we would have used his services earlier the mold issue could have been addressed sooner in a positive manner. Elite Indoor Air really helped me find the problem with the air in my home. I live in an older home even though it doesn't look like it and Mr. Damian help solve my problem - runny nose every morning. Mr. Damian came into my home did an "air quality test" and found the problem - dust & small mold. He did a 4 day test run with the Air Pure & surface cleaner, and I have no more allergy flare ups in my home and very little outside my home because I got the individual air cleaner as well. That Air Pure & Surface machine helped the air in my home during the Canada fires last few weeks. I don't know what's in that machine but I will take it wherever I go stay since it is portable. I can not even begin to rave as much as I should about this air purifier! This unit is phenomenal in every respect, I moved into an apartment building that is quite aged and I was being bothered by the smoke smell in the building (very frustrating)! Then last year on July 2nd (2022) we had a horrible fire in one of the residents apartments and the smell of the aftermath was horrible in the whole building. Not in my apartment though, I ran the unit 24/7 and my apartment had no smell of residual smoke. I can not Thank Damien enough for the gift of clean air! Worth every dollar spent!! Damian was a lifesaver, I never ever leave Google reviews but after our experience with Elite Indoor Air and Damian there's no way I can't leave a review. Damian is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Air professionals I've come across. My family and I would get sinus infections and bad allergies every other week. Damian came out, took Air samples and lent us a machine to try out, he said most people feel a difference within 24hrs. Me being skeptical didn't believe him but to my surprise with in 24-48hrs I did. I went the full length of the trial period never once needing to do my 2x a day sinus rinse. Seriously contact him immediately if you suffer from sinus issues or allergies. He literally saved me $4500 on surgery for my sinuses. Damian thanks again for your help and services.
