Isiah was a very nice young man and did an excellent job. The only problem I had was with the final pricing. I was under the impression that the entire job would be $349. The additional $99 added on at the end was unexpected and, quite frankly, had I known it would be that expensive I would not have made the appointment. 4/5/26- I want to provide an update to this review; Chris from ShowCar Melbourne contacted me and refunded the $99 charge that I was surprised by after my car was detailed. To me that says a lot about a business, when they are willing to admit that a miscommunication occurred and then follow through and do the right thing for the customer. Thank you, Chris, for being an honest businessman.

I thought the customer service was great. It was very easy to book my appointment by text message, I hate talking on the phone. I received a reminder 24 hours before and even 1 hour before my appointment, I'm very forgetful. The technician was very friendly and pleasant. The reason for taking one star was because I didn't feel the price matched the level of detail to my vehicle. I understand certain things require special stripping and waxing. But I felt some of the bug splatter on the plastic and headlights could have been removed with a basic wash. There were a few spots in the interior that still looked sticky. My vehicle wasn't too bad to begin with.
