Their installer, Ty, was extremely professional, worked very efficiently, and did an excellent job with our flooring. My experience with KG Remodeling was top notch! Kris's communication was great & he was always open to further discussion if I had additional requests or concerns. I was coordinating my project from out of town, so I really appreciated how everything was handled so smoothly. This could have been a very stressful & complicated process, but it wasn't at all. Kris had flexibility & understanding the whole way through. The quality of the work done & products installed was also great! I had all new cabinets, countertops, sinks & baseboards for my condo kitchen & 2 bathrooms installed. I was so pleased & impressed when I saw the finished product for the 1st time! kris and ben and their crew are beyond awesome! they did my whole house with luxury flooring…kris has great communication skills….his response to any text or call is the most prompt i have ever experienced and i have owned and renovated home for 40 plus years. he literally was on his way to a funeral and called me back….who does that. with so many awful contractors out there kris and his crew give me faith. i would not look any further for any contracting needs in the future.ps…this is coming from a very tough customer (yes i own it….its the brooklyn in me!).with much appreciation , ivy
