From the start, Everado did a great job of listening and taking our landscape ideas and creating a well thought out design plan. His brothers and crew did an awesome job implementing that overall plan transforming our backyard from dirt, weeds and a small concrete patio pad to a beautiful and functional space we can enjoy. Everado and his crew did an outstanding job on our hardscape around our pool, working around a leaf skimmer and replacing existing drainage, and also a paver patio for our Tiki Bar area. Honest, intelligent, hard-working detail oriented this team put together a beautiful backyard. They poured 30 yards of concrete built a beautiful deck 80 foot retaining wall fence in the whole yard sloped cleaned up and painted very happy thank you Everardo.

Sanz Landscape Construction did a fabulous job on the tear down and reconstruction of a huge city permitted balcony. Their team does great work which was essential since it all had to pass city inspections along the way. Their service is kind and caring and they were very patient in waiting for me to solve issues when problems with the plans and my HOA came up.

Everardo and team installed pavers around a pool for us two years ago. I’d highly recommend them - fair price, courteous service, and great work.

We hired Sanz Landscape Construction to install new landscape lighting in our front yard, plant a new hedge of roses, and install drip irrigation for the new plantings. We live in a historic home with quirky wiring, so electrical projects here often involve complications, and this was no exception. Everardo was an excellent creative problem-solver and was very solutions-oriented in his approach to the work. He was also extremely conscientious throughout the project. We had ordered bare-root roses from David Austin Roses in England, which arrived with very detailed instructions for how to prep and plant them, including a timeframe within which they had to be in the ground. Unfortunately, they arrived at the same time as the San Diego rains. Most people would have told me that the work would have to be delayed, but Everardo and his team worked a full day in the rain to make sure the roses got planted exactly according to the instructions. I highly recommend Sanz Landscape Construction and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Sanz Landscaping turned my back yard from a pile of dirt into a beautiful entertaining space. With my overall vision Everardo was able to propose a fantastic solution which has lasted three or more years now with zero deterioration or problems. I bought the house in August 2019 and remodeled it from inside out. The remodeling was a big job, took a lot of my time of planning and hiring the right constructors.
