With a holiday fast approaching and not feeling great, I began looking for a local gym to join. That's when I discovered the Club 300 6-week program, which caught my eye because it focused not just on exercise but also on food and nutrition, an area I knew I struggled with.At the start of the 6 weeks, you receive plenty of easy-to-follow information to set the right targets for yourself, and the coaches are extremely supportive, always available to answer any questions (even the silly ones!). It definitely takes some time to trust the process, as I felt like I was eating more than usual, which was hard to get my head round. But it really works, and now, nearing the end of the 6 weeks, I can see and feel the difference, and my relationship with food has definitely improved!The small group classes have been excellent, offering a good variety to choose from. The coaches are there to support and ensure you are performing each exercise correctly, and the more experienced members are also great at guiding us newbies!I'm so glad I signed up, it has been a truly positive experience. The club has an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere, with a little bit of banter too and I'm happy to be part of it.
