Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had! I used to workout only because I felt like I had to, but this place completely changed my mindset—now I come because I truly enjoy it. Coaches Justin and Joe are top-notch. They make everyone feel welcome, take the time to listen, and expertly adapt exercises if you’re working through an injury. Highly recommend

I’ve been working out at Alloy for two years. I love the format: working out alongside others but very individualized. Every trainer is great. Attentive. Knowledgeable. Nice. The workouts are challenging but motivating. I’m stronger and more flexible. The spillover effect is that beyond classes, I’m more aware of what I’m eating and how I’m moving through my days Highly recommend!

I’ve been training for three months, and the difference is real. The quality of service is outstanding, and the coaches consistently push me to be the best version of myself. The sessions are always focused—so you’re working with purpose on intensity, form, and steady progress. I can already feel and see improvements in my muscles and even my joints. If you’re thinking about joining, this is a place that helps you turn effort into results fast.

I’ve been working out with the Alloy team at the north Naperville location since December 2025. In 3 months I’m down 10 pounds and have gained muscles too! They are skilled at adjusting the exercises to accommodate my knee injury and have shown me things I can do at home to strengthen my knees. I’m hooked!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the past year with Alloy Personal Training at the North Naperville location. When I first joined, I was looking for a way to improve my strength and fitness, but never imagined the impact this program would have on my physical and mental well-being.The program is exceptional. The structure is thoughtfully designed to ensure progress every step of the way. It's challenging but always achievable and I've seen continuous improvement in my strength and endurance. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the program adapts to your needs, ensuring that you're constantly pushed but never overwhelmed. What really sets this group apart is the incredible team of trainers - Matt, Mike, Addie, Justin and Joe - they are so supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in every member's journey. They make every class feel personal, taking the time to ensure proper form, providing modifications when needed, and celebrating everyone's successes, no matter how big or small. They push you to be your best and know when to offer a word of encouragement. I always looked forward to every session, knowing that I will leave feeling stronger and inspired. In just one year, I have gained strength physically, mentally, and emotionally and I can't thank Alloy enough for the role they played in that. If you're looking for a program that delivers real results, a team that cares, and an environment that fosters growth, look no further! Thank you, Alloy, for everything!

I really like Alloy a lot. I always have a lot of fun during the classes. The workouts are great and challenging. I have lost weight and gained muscle. Addie, Mike and Justin are all phenomenal coaches who are very nice, caring and supportive. The facility has a vast variety of weights including heavy weights that I prefer. Alloy is an all around great place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great work out and in a fun/private atmosphere.

I am so happy to have found Alloy! I was desperate to get rid of my “mummy tummy” after baby #3 but every time I got into a workout groove, a previously injured area would flare up and set me back. With all the starts and stops I never made any real gains.Enter Alloy. They have worked with me and my injuries to help me lose weight and get stronger at a steady pace. The coaches are great, there is a great sense of community and this has quickly become one of my favorite places to be.

Excellent small group workout with a lot of personal training . Great coaches and workout can be customized. I’ve gotten great results from being a part of the alloy system.

Joining Alloy last year has been one of the best decisions I have made, I had severe knee pain when I joined around 8-9 months ago. This has all but completely vanished with my 3 days per week workout at Allloy. The staff here is incredibly supportive and at this time feels like family to me.I love the workouts and have gone from strength to strength and have never felt better about my health. I have tried multiple programs but nothing has come close to how much Alloy has helped me. I look forward to becoming an even more healthier and stronger version of myself with Alloy, its staff and the incredible community they have created!

I’ve been going to Alloy for a little over a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! As someone who is just starting out on my fitness journey, I really appreciate how they can tailor the sessions to fit individual needs and goals. The trainers are fantastic- knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness!

I’m 74 and This has been a fantastic place to work out. Modifications have made this strength glass very doable. I’m able to do things I thought I couldn’t. Feeling young again!!

2025-07-10T15:17:53.372Z

Workouts are challenging and trainers do a great job of adjusting to each individual member’s needs. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, and non-judgmental environment to work out, this is your place.

Alloy has an excellent training program, different every day. The trainers are attentive and customize parts of the workout if needed. They are motivating and involved throughout the session. Love it!

I truly love going to this gym! Each one of the trainers are knowledgeable and positive in their approach to everyone. Each is also good at modifying a move I have trouble with so I can complete it. Each has a great sense of humor and help make each workout a positive experience.
