I have wanted to try kick boxing for quite a while. When the opportunity came I was excited. The team is amazing, so welcoming and encouraging. They taught me with so much patience. As a bonus I also got to learn jiu-jitsu. So far, amazing experience!

Iv thoroughly enjoyed my trial period at 100 martial arts and fitness, the instructors have been great, the workout environment is positive and everyone is very helpful i look forward to continuing my kick boxing journey at 100 martial arts and fitness.
