From the beginning next emergency response was an easy choice. I had three consultations one of which I had to pay for- But I ended up going with next emergency response even though they had a free consultation for multiple reasons including their Superior technology that was able to detect moisture where other companies meters clearly weren’t quality enough to do so. I showed him where we had previous water damage - and his meter was the only one that identified the correct spot . I could tell we weren’t gonna get overcharged because he could tell exactly where the damage started and ended . Additionally the overall inspection of the house felt very complete and solid- my concerns were address More completely thanother companies. We felt more confident moving forward with them, because i could hand the homeowner A customized report while the rest of the inspections Felt more general and barely looked at The leak, mold and plumbing problems we kept having. I felt like the other companies would’ve had to start taking apart the floor on the wall to see how bad it was versus next emergency response had much more accurate info- I am beyond ungrateful for them! Albert, the owner, arrived and provided a thorough, open, and honest review of my property. What a life saver of a company.We are a 24/7 emergency plumbing company.We are literally working all hours of the night.And when our technician are out at a 3am sudden burst our plumbers can take care of the plumbing issue.We called What’s Next Emegency, picked up acts 2 rings,They were there on site in about 35 minutes and where able to help the owner with drying out the wet damage and also taking care of the insurance procedures.
