Hello all my name is Michelle and my Dad Past away recently. He lived in Maryland and I life in N.Y. I researched many funeral home in Maryland before I was blessed to find Funeraria Unida, PA. Dr. Toler is truly a blessing. He was very compassionate, thorough, and communicated every step with me. From pricing, to procedures, and also the overall process of sending my Dad over seas. I had a part in every process from speaking to the pastor at the church where I held his service, to speaking with the musician, the designer of the obituary, and even the person directing the YouTube link for family and friends to see. It was my first time ever being in this situation and Dr. Toler made me feel comfortable and at ease. He delivered exceptional results. My Dad looked amazing. Incredible and professional service provided. We lost our mom and Funeraria went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. We are members of Cosnet and need to send the body back to Cameroon. They made the process stress free and super easy it was amazing how fast the embassy approved the documents. They also are very responsive and are there with you every step of the way. I would recommend Funeraria Unida to anyone. Don't even hesitate because you will have the best customer service and will be treated with compassion. Thank you Al for handling our case with so much care. My mom‘s home going was better than I expected Dr. Toler and his team treated us more like family than a client He never made it about the money. He kept me posted from the time he picked my mom up till now. My mom died in August. It is Mar and Dr. Toler still reaches out to me and My family to check on us.

We used Funeraria Unida when my mother passed in November. I found the funeral director Al very comforting and helpful. He gave me his personal cellphone number and told me to call him with any questions or needs at anytime. Most importantly i didn’t feel the hard sell with him. They offered i think 2 or 3 packages and I felt the pricing was fair and that i wasn’t being taken advantage of in my grief. They took care of the flowers and helped me with posting pictures and the obituary. I would use his services again if was in the need to do so.
