This was my 2nd oil change with this company. Great service and was done quickly. I read a comparison of oil change shops and the oil Costa has a high rating. I will continue to have my oil changed here.

First oil change for this car. Everything is good

Nice people. Great service overall. I came in with a $59 coupon for oil change. Was quoted $118 (I think it was) .. that's WITH the coupon. Just so you're aware.. 🙃 it didn't feel very honest. But they do show you all the additional costs with the iPad. I know my car uses "extra oil" so I knew most likely there'd be an additional cost. But double is crazy !So again, great & quick service.. but costs, even with a coupon, not so great. Won't be back due to that.

The two gentlemen who changed my oil today were amazing 👏 I had a stripped oil drain plug when I arrived and one of them ran across the street to orileys auto parts to get a new one for me. I can't praise this place enough. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer today. Kudos to them!

Been there a few times. Had a coupon and they started the oil change, the manager came back to me and said that they wouldn’t honor the coupon since it was a corporate one not one specific to his shop. It wasn’t the extra money that concerns me, it’s the fact that I can’t trust you to do the right thing! If you don’t do the right thing for your customers you won’t do the right work when it comes to my car! Never going back!

Excellent service! AND the manager there remembered me (at least 3 yrs ago) from seeing me shop where he previously worked as a manager!!When we were resetting my oil electronic reminder, my tire alert came on. They immediately checked them, added the air needed & I was on my way! They even gave me a coupon for a free ice cream at Sweet Treats in Hixson. (OF COURSE I REDEEMED THAT! 😁)Quick, easy, stayed in my car, super nice guys ~ FIVE 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

The gentlemen at Costa Oil were especially helpful, friendly, thorough and patient—especially when I had a small issue while paying with Groupon. They are very courteous, and offered me a cold water, as well. I highly recommend Costa Oil in Hixson for your next oil and filter change.!

Quick and professional oil change. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a reasonable price. They didn’t try to add on a bunch of random services or pressure me into buying things. Great experience. I’ll be back!

Be careful taking your vehicle here. My dad (Glen Sims) came in for an oil change. He noticed he had an oil leak after the oil change. He let you know and brought his vehicle back. The guy checked it out and realized that he didn’t put the right oil filter on. He changed it but it was still leaking oil when he got the car home. You had his car towed in and you had a some mechanic fix it. BUT you stuck my dad with the bill. It cost him $650.00 to get it fixed and it was your FAULT. What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned out with an expensive bill. YOU got the mechanic and had it towed and he couldn’t get his car back without paying for your MISTAKE. How dare you treat an elderly person like this. You need to do the right thing!!!

This place was awesome! They had me in with a complete oil change in about 20 minutes! The staff were very friendly and helpful! With the Labor Day special pricing, it was very reasonable!

Great price. Nice, knowledgeable staff. The employee found a leak and used my phone to take a pic of it under my SUV so that I can tell my mechanic. A lot of people wouldn’t have said anything and I’m sooooo grateful that he did!!!!
