Jody Canfield is that right person! Jody helped my husband and I refinance our home. She was there for every question we had. Even more than that, she reviewed the different options with us to choose what made the most sense. By the way, the lowest rate does not always make the most sense. How many ways can one say that Jody Canfield is a complete Superstar. Each referral that I have given her, she has successfully processed and funded each one of them. They have all been Self Employed Referrals and lets just say, that these are not the easiest clients to process. This last referral was extremely challenging. Jody never once flinched. When my daughter decided she wanted to start shopping for an investment property, she called Jody Canfield of Framework Lending. Not only did she have the pre-qualified paperwork to provide to any potential seller, there was at least 7 pages of information to provide the seller or their representative to help better qualify her or help take her offer to the top of a stack.
