I called Kevin for the first time. Can you replace portions of a fence blown down in a storm? He came to assess the situation, gave a very reasonable quote. Set a date. I said "do it". Yes, there was a hickup (unexpected by both of us) but Kevin handled it well. I was pleased with the results. I'll call on him again. He's in my "refer to clients" portfolio.
