I came in for a trial class for Judo and ended up loving it! Sensei Scott is a great instructor and the class is very supportive and I had a lot of fun! Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to learn martial arts

this place is a great place to learn and train, very knowledgable people in all the arts, whatever kind of art you're looking for to learn your self-defence, they have it here whether you want some karate, boxing, bjj, judo, or my favourite, the one I do, Japanese Jitsu and karate all in one class. The Japanese jiu-jitsu is basically MMA with basics on all the Japanese arts, which makes it awesome because it's like you're learning 20 arts in one, and then there's the karate that goes with it, which is really good for striking and blocking, put those two together and it's the ultimate self-defence class. Come down and try one of these classes, you won't be disappointed. kids or adults.
