This was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot about my body, my hormones, dietary guidelines restrictions, and how different America has fallen or kind of changed from healthy living into a fast food and sugar lifestyle. Coach Tom worked with us to really focus on our individual needs in our goals. My goal was severe weight reduction due to health issues. I lost 40 pounds in three months and it was one of the more aggressive programs. I think out there because . and quickly I will say it worked exactly as advertised. I feel great pride haven’t felt better since I was much younger. My only warning would be to people who are pursuing the super fast weight loss that I was going for. Talk to Coach Tom about what that entails because it was a difficult program. It took a lot of doing with my mental mindset to get to the point where I could do the things that were asking me for maximum results overall working with the group. So far, I can't really say enough! I am learning quite a bit with just the beginner class. My meeting with Coach Tom was uplifting and inspiring. I'm down 4 pounds since starting the mini program, and I can't wait to see where it will lead in the future.

I LOVE Lifelight Fitness!! If you have hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, out of wack hormones, this program works. I have tried a good bit of other programs out there and didn't have the success that I'm having with this one! I highly recommend giving Lifelight Fitness a try. It's a positive and friendly group of leaders and clients that encourage and motivate you. It's a special group, I'm so glad I found them. Much love guys!! P.S. I've been in this group for 6.5 weeks and have lost 24 pounds. I'm stoked!!
