Once again, I am impressed by Dr. Schnur's competence, concern for his patients and caring from his upbeat staff. I needed a crown for one of my molars. A second issue was that food would persistently lodge between the problem tooth and the adjacent molar. Dr. Schnur took care of that issue when he crafted a wider crown. I no longer have to floss after every single meal or snack! After 3 months, the adjacent molar moved slightly and Dr. Schnur readjusted my bite (no extra charge) so that I can now comfortably chomp down on that side again. He takes pride in his work and cares about his patients! His assistant, Eileen, is competent and knowledgeable, while Debbie, who manages the front desk is quick to respond to your request for an appointment. An excellent dental team! Less

When I was researching for Dental Practices,and I did a lot of research, I happened to find Florida Smile Design. I read their entire website word for word. I am one of THOSE people who are literally terrified of going to the dentist! I decided to make an appointment and at least try. I knew something was wrong. I had radiation seeds implanted into my eye for Melanoma. Unfortunately for me, that didn’t work well. My thyroid was damaged and eventually, so were my teeth. I think I was shaking like a leaf when I arrived at FSD!! I went in and immediately knew I was in the right place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Both my husband and I are Patients. We have had many procedures performed on our teeth. We’ve had fillings, crowns and extractions. My husband has mobility issues and they are very helpful in getting him in and out of the chair and to our car. He also has major anxiety so they prescribe medication for him to take to relax him during his procedures. He had a few hours all at once and NEVER had a problem. Very gentle experience since I deal with bony tori in roof and on sides. I knew my teeth and overall oral care would be a challenge so I braced myself for the worst. Dr Schnur examined teeth and gums and complimented me on my strong bones and mouth resources from a dental perspective. Most of all, he gave me hope that the gums would heal and with the help of Peridontal advice, a plan would emerge to correct hidden underlying decay beneath old crowns and bridges. During Covid Dr. Shuners’ office not only called me back but made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. Jacey, the dental assistant got me through all of my fears about having all of this work done. Not only did they baby step me through the procedure, they medicated me enough that nothing hurt! Best Dental Experience Ever! I used to dread dental appointments....sensitive teeth and a few areas of receding gums meant painful cleanings. NOT ANY MORE! Dr. Schnur quickly and easily addressed those painful and very sensitive areas. My hygienist, Erin, took the time to understand and address my concerns and "wimpiness" about cleanings, and my cleanings have gotten easier each time.
