I am 55 in reasonable shape, but since going to Knots Out, my shoulder mobility is feeling 10 years younger! Knots Out is everything I ever wanted in a massage! Karren is an amazing practitioner. She tailors the treatment to you and your needs, communicates everything she does, checks in frequently about pressure and comfortable level, and is a kind and mindful person. I've suffered from muscle knots for years. Karren expertly handles the "crunchy" spots and, after two sessions, I already feel so much better. She uses silicone cups as opposed to fire cupping, and I've enjoyed the silicone cups more. I leave my sessions with her feeling great. Her Waikiki space is lovely and clean, parking is easy at the garage next door. Not to mention, on island it's important to support a Native Hawaiian and female-owned business like Knots Out. She consistently checked in about pressure levels, making sure she was working on the specific area of pain, and giving feedback about what she noticed with regards to areas of tension and suggestions for what to try at home between sessions (stretches, certain posture, other types of therapy).
