This year me and my partner decided to adopt a lovely 2 years old rescue from Portugal. We contacted Toby in advance to help us get ready for the new arrival and guide us through the changes in the dog’s and our life. Toby has been nothing short of amazing! He is very knowledgeable, and always has a positive and kind word to offer! At the beginning we were quite worried and unexperienced, but Toby gave us plenty of reassurance and helpful advices that really made the difference in how we approached the dog’s changes and adaptation process. Toby always listened to our concerns and replied with a positive attitude and a good advice. Toby made a huge difference for us and we couldn’t have made it as far as we have with our dog if it wasn’t for him. I would highly recommend Toby to all new dog parents, whether they’re adopting a puppy or an adult dog, rescue or not, and especially would recommend to have the introductory session because it really helps!!Thank you Toby!

We did a lot of research on trainers before bringing our new puppy home and came across Toby. We wanted to be as prepared as possible because we were quite nervous about getting it right, so we booked a pre-arrival session.Toby was amazing and made us feel so much more confident that we were going to be okay. After bringing Chutney home, we also booked some 1:1 sessions with him.He was incredibly patient with us and answered all of our questions, especially as there is so much conflicting advice online. The biggest bonus was that Chutney took to him straight away. He always follows up after our sessions, provides resources to help us on our journey, and is always available if we have any additional questions.Toby has given us the confidence and peace of mind to know we're on the right track and that we're going to be good dog parents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and can't wait to take Chutney to his puppy classes as soon as she's old enough.

All I can say is I’d highly recommend Toby. My dog got out because builders left the back gate open, and while I was at work Toby managed to find my name through a lost dogs group and contacted me straight away. Because of him, I was able to get my dog back safely.Such a lovely, genuine person — I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommended

We attended Toby’s Perfect Puppy 8-week course and would definitely recommend it. The small group size and individual setups really helped keep the puppies focused (mostly!) and made a big difference. Toby was great, he ran the sessions in a calm, relaxed way that made everything easy to take in. Every week a follow-up email made practicing at home easy. We’ve finished the course feeling much more confident and excited to carry on our journey as first-time dog owners. The graduation party was a highlight 🌟

Toby is wonderful! Both with us and our puppy! Being first time dog owners he was the best thing that could have happened to us! He is very patient , very professional, very clear and so loving to our puppy! We feel more confident each day and are grateful to Toby for making that happen.

We had lots of fun with Toby on the Perfect Pups course. We really enjoyed Toby's inclusive and supportive approach. He is very kind and has a very dog focused style. Toby is open to help with any questions or concerns we had. I'd highly recommend Toby as a trainer and to attend the perfect pups course.

Pixie and I had a great time on our puppy training course. We both learnt a lot. I found the tips about adolescence reassuring, and Pixie has become a little less excitable.

Merlin our 5 month old golden retriever just completed the Perfect Pups course with Toby. Would highly recommend Toby as a trainer. He is passionate, knowledgeable and puts in a great amount of effort to deliver a well thought out puppy program.
