Dustrixi did an excellent job on my couch. It had stains and buildup that I thought wouldn’t come out, but they handled it professionally and made it look almost new again. The technician was careful with the fabric, explained the process, and didn’t rush the job. You can tell they use proper equipment and know what they’re doing. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam and a joke. The “tech” that came out today didn’t clean our dryer vent as expected. He was annoyed he had to unhook and reattach the dryer vent, so much so my partner told him not to, because he seemed so inconvenienced. This is a scam and a joke and now I have to find and pay for someone else to come out and actually do the job I’ve already paid these guys to do. I don’t know how they have any good reviews. And on top of that when I emailed to talk to someone no one answers. Terrible company
