I had the pleasure of working with Tess today to help facilitate a real estate settlement for a client of mine. From the initial contact through the completion of the closing, Tess was on the ball with timely and friendly acknowledgment of my texts and emails. She is VERY responsive, especially when a last minute document change was requested by the title company. As for the signing itself, Tess executed it flawlessly, following the instructions that had been laid out.
