Hattie was warm and welcoming. Hattie drew all the outlines and ask me through each stage was everything okay. I was quite nervous about whether it was going to be painful hattie reassured me it wouldn't be but throughout the treatment kept asking me was I okay. The final look of my brows was excellent I was so happy and can't wait for my top up. I highly recommend Hattie😀
