Harriet immediately made me feel at ease. As this was the first time I had had my eyebrows worked on, she fully understood my concerns. I showed her a photo of what I would like and she followed it to the letter.She gave me detailed follow up routines and what to do to protect the eyebrows and she also text me the next day to see how I was.The surroundings were lovely and serene

Very professional, very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I had brows redone after another shop had done them originally and I really wasn't happy with them. Hattie did an amazing job and I am now very happy with my eyebrows for the first time in years!! Cheeky little bit of botox done on the same day that I hadn't planned on but felt really happy to proceed with Hattie. Already booked in again and will be more than happy to have further treatments with The Pixie Parlour from now on.
